How quickly can the consultant actually start?

Candidate presentation within seven business days from a signed statement of work, onboarded and operational within ten. The clock assumes timely access on your side — a single decision-maker, a kick-off scheduled and the tooling provisioned. We won't promise faster than we can deliver to standard.

Will the consultant work under our direction or yours?

Under yours, day to day. The consultant joins your hiring meetings, takes briefs from your hiring managers and operates inside your tools. What sits with Spitze is the methodology, the quality assurance, the backup and the commercial relationship.

What if the match doesn't work?

If the match is wrong during onboarding, we identify alternative candidates without an additional search fee. That's why we have a checkpoint at the end of the onboarding period, and an honest conversation about whether the engagement is set up to succeed.

Can an interim TA convert to a permanent hire?

Yes, when it makes sense for both sides. But our consultants are independent because they love what they do, not because they need a gig between jobs – so don't expect a try & hire solution, but of course if both parties think it's a match, we're supportive!

How is it different from a traditional agency or consultancy?

An agency sends you a CV and steps back the moment the consultant is placed. Our interim TA partners become part of your team and run recruitments for you, with administrative support and quality assurance from our internal delivery team. We also own the commercial relationship, so you never have to worry about contracts, a heavier administrative burden, or a backup plan if the match isn't right. Our accountability is structural, not transactional.
