What kind of consultants are you looking for?

Especially domain specialists with real recruitment or HR experience from regulated industries — but also HR and TA generalists. What matters most is that we're looking for consultants who run their own business actively — not as a solution between jobs, but as a deliberate way of working. We're not trying to build a large database; we're building a curated network of freelancers who want a long-term partnership and share our ambition.

Doesn't a defined methodology limit how I work?

No — our methodology is the framework, your method is the result. The playbooks cover structure, documentation, communication cadence, quality assurance and templates. They don't touch your professional judgement, your candidate relationships, or how you run a search. They take care of the things that eat your time.

How does the commercial side work?

Clients contract directly with Spitze, and you deliver under our agreement. We're transparent about our cut and what we provide for it — you always know what percentage of the engagement we take. We expect the same transparency from you on pipeline, client relationships and where assignments are running into friction.

How are you different from a classic broker?

We don't send a handful of CVs and hope something sticks. When an engagement comes in, our delivery team matches it to the right consultant in the network — not the available one. You won't be competing with five other Spitze consultants for the same role, and we won't put you forward for work that isn't a fit. Quality of match over volume of activity.

What support do I have when something gets complicated?

In regulated industries, something unfamiliar comes up in most engagements — a documentation requirement, a candidate situation, a question you'd rather not answer wrong on the fly. As a Spitze consultant you have templates built for the purpose, processes designed for regulated environments, and people to sound things off with. You don't face the hard moments alone.
