We're here to do things a little differently.

Spitze was founded by Stine Borgels after years of recruiting in pharma and for recruitment agencies. What she kept seeing was a gap: the most consequential hires were being run on the least structured processes — recruitment on ad hoc basis, when the work demanded a delivery model.

Spitze is here to close that gap. To offer a different solution. One that reflects the gravity we expect from the industry.

Methodology is our product.

Every engagement follows our defined delivery model: Structured playbooks, clear milestones, transparent communication cadences and documented processes.  

Our clients are not buying a recruiter or consultant, but rather a system that produces consistent outcomes.

Accountability

We recognise that trust in recruitment is hard to come by.

Trust is not a brand attribute, but a product of consistent delivery and expectations lived up to.  

Our results never depend on who’s executing. We rely on our independent consultants’ expertise and they operate within our framework. Documentation, cadence and governance is built into how we work.

We own the outcome and we’re accountable for it. Our internal delivery team monitors progress and performs quality assurance. Our sales team owns the client relationship. You have one point of contact all the way through.

Spitze

What the name means — and what it asks of us.

Spitze means peak. The summit, the very top. In Danish, 'Spitzenklasse' is an expression for something that’s simply excellent. We chose the name because it sets the bar: the work we do is for clients who need precision at the top of the standard, not somewhere near it.
