We're here to do things a little differently.
Spitze was founded by Stine Borgels after years of recruiting in pharma and for recruitment agencies. What she kept seeing was a gap: the most consequential hires were being run on the least structured processes — recruitment on ad hoc basis, when the work demanded a delivery model.
Spitze is here to close that gap. To offer a different solution. One that reflects the gravity we expect from the industry.

What the name means — and what it asks of us.
Spitze means peak. The summit, the very top. In Danish, 'Spitzenklasse' is an expression for something that’s simply excellent. We chose the name because it sets the bar: the work we do is for clients who need precision at the top of the standard, not somewhere near it.
