How quickly can you start a search?

What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?

Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is let go within the agreed period, we re-run the search to the same scope and standard.

Do you work on retained or contingent terms?

We exclusively work on retained terms, which is what allows us to commit to the promised cadence and governance our clients and consultants expect.

What does it mean that your consultants are independent?

Each consultant runs their own company, but they work fully within the Spitze framework. They use our tools, communications, contracts and quality systems. This structure provides unmatched access to domain expertise, while maintaining consistency and enabling operations at scale. Clients always contract directly with Spitze, ensuring unified standards, compliance and a single point of contact throughout the engagement.

Do you provide testing/assessment?

Yes! We’re certified in several recognised assessment tools, and several of our consultants are specialists within the field. When relevant, we coordinate role-specific evalutations – from leadership assessments and psychometrics to technical case tests. We only use validated methods and certified partners. Assessments are always voluntary, transparent, and designed to support sound hiring decisions – never to replace professional judgement.
